Dalton Baughn serves as the International African American Museum’s Visitor Services Supervisor.
Prior to joining the IAAM Team, Baughn served as the Manager of Guest Engagement for the Maymont Foundation in Richmond Virginia. Dalton has also served in various visitor services and operational roles in the Virginia and DC area including with the Montpelier Foundation, Smithsonian Institution, and United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
Dalton earned his B.A. in Classical Archaeology and Museum Studies from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg Virginia and M.S. in Nonprofit Development from Louisiana State University Shreveport. He is honored and excited to work toward helping visitors achieve the most rewarding and enriching experience possible!
