Awakening of the Ancestors/Ancestral Worship is a program where we will look into our past and evoke our ancestors’ spirits. Come along with Us as we celebrate those who made it possible for us to be who we are today. We will share music and its lyrical history. Songs sung will be familiar to those living in the Lowcountry area and those who share the Gullah Geechee experience.

Songs of Strength and Encouragement, Songs of Remembrance and Funeral Celebrations, Songs of Equality & Freedom, and Songs of Praise/Sunday Morning Worship. These songs will inspire, uplift, and give us much-needed hope.
