LARGE GROUP RESERVATION

Family Reunion? Faith Based Group? University Class? IAAM is pleased to welcome all types of large groups, of 25 or more, to experience the Museum- together! With our Large Group Reservations, we offer a discounted ticket rate, priority entry, and check in. We have limited availability for Large Group Arrival, so we recommend booking your trip at least 6-8 weeks out to reserve your desired date and time. These spots do fill up quickly!

Must have 25 or more paid visitors to qualify.

Groups less that 25 should purchase General Admission Tickets

Group rates cannot be combined with other discounts, membership, or other ticket types such as Military rate.

20% nonrefundable deposits by credit card will be due upon booking.

Full payment by credit card and final headcount will be due within two weeks.

Group Reservation must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Any reservations booked less than 2 weeks out will be required to pay the full balance within 24 hours. IAAM strongly recommends booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance.

Missed payment due dates will result in cancellation of reservation.

Any funds paid are nonrefundable and will be considered a donation. Any overpayments are nonrefundable and will be considered a donation to the Museum.
