I certify that the information which I have provided is correct, and I authorize the museum to call my references to obtain information pertinent to my volunteering at the museum. I agree to abide by all rules, policies, directives, and laws of the museum. I understand that being a museum volunteer does not infer that I am and employee. I understand that the museum may terminate my role as a volunteer at any time. I hereby release the museum from any liability for accident of injury I might suffer during the course of my museum volunteer work, with the exception of intentional acts or omissions committed by employees or agents of the museum.
