When It Rains It Shines

Through sculpture, sound, and video installation, Fletcher Williams III, explores the multi-faceted nature of the southern landscape. Inspired by both urban and rural settings, Williams III, presents a daring rendering of what it feels like to be both in, and of, the South. At once disorienting and inviting, this immersive installation presents the South in all its complexities. Drawing from both his lived experience and imagined settings, Complexities of Space offers visitors an opportunity to interact with the South in new and thought-provoking ways. 

Fletcher Williams III is a multi-disciplinary artist from Charleston, SC. His work has been featured in multiple group shows and solo exhibitions throughout the United States.
