Men of Change: Power. Triumph. Truth., profiles revolutionary men—Muhammad Ali, James Baldwin, Ta-Nehisi Coates, W.E.B. Du Bois, Kendrick Lamar, and more—who have altered the history and culture of this country. Through literary and historic quotes, poetry, and original works of art, Men of Change: Power. Triumph. Truth., weaves together the historic and the contemporary to illuminate the importance of these men within the context of the African American experience in history and today. A Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service, Men of Change, is made possible through the generous support of the Ford Motor Company Fund and Community Services.
