Brandy Toussaint assists IAAM’s Education and Engagement department in program development for Faith-Based communities. She also serves as a representative voice for Faith-Based communities through outreach and community engagement. In her previous role with a local North Charleston church, she served as the Director of Children’s Ministry, focusing on improving the quality of teaching and programming through strategic planning. Toussaint was responsible for developing effective systems and compelling programs to support healthy families.
Brandy has a deep love for education, black history, and culture. For over 5 years she has worked for and volunteered for non-profit organizations helping to teach and develop curricula and programs to empower families and communities.
Mrs. Toussaint has a comprehensive understanding of both business and history alike and holds a master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and a bachelor’s degree in African American Studies from The University of South Carolina (Columbia).
