Board Nominations Open

Board members of the International African American Museum are nominated by the Board’s Nominating Committee and elected by a majority vote of the Board of Directors. Directors are elected for a term of three years. In selecting new directors, the Nominating Committee shall select members based on interest, experience, and diversity. Each Director shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

The Board invites individuals interested in board service to indicate their interest by emailing a resume/bio/CV and a cover letter to [email protected]. On October 16, the Nominating Committee will consider nominees for service beginning January 1, 2020. For consideration, please email requested information no later than September 30, 2019.
